All photographs, images, videos, written content, designs, and visual elements on this Site are my original work and remain my exclusive intellectual property, protected by copyright laws under the Berne Convention and applicable international treaties.
Unless explicitly licensed, you may not:
Fine art prints are produced on archival pigment paper, signed and/or numbered where indicated. All print sales are final once production begins. Color, paper texture, and finish may vary slightly from screen previews due to print medium.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use unless otherwise stated. Commercial use requires a separate commercial license. Files are delivered after payment confirmation, typically within 24–72 hours.
Stock licensing grants the buyer the rights specified in the license agreement provided at purchase. Resale or redistribution of licensed images is strictly prohibited.
Shoot bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of the agreed fee). Specific terms — usage rights, deliverables, timeline, and cancellation policy — are detailed in each individual booking agreement.
Without a signed agreement, no booking is guaranteed.
Accepted payment methods include Whish Money (Lebanon), bank transfer in EUR or USD, and other methods agreed upon in writing. Orders ship only after payment is confirmed. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
Prints typically ship within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. International delivery times vary by destination and customs. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. I am not liable for damage caused by carriers but will assist with claims where possible.
Due to the bespoke nature of fine art prints, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are issued only in the case of:

The Site and all products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Beirut.
