This Privacy Policy explains how I, Christophe Nassar, collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit christophenassar.com or interact with me directly. I take your privacy seriously and only collect what is necessary.

When you use this Site or place an order, I may collect:

Contact information — name, email address, phone number (only if you provide it)
Order details — products purchased, quantities, prices, shipping address
Communication content — messages you send via the contact form or email
Technical data — anonymized analytics about Site visits (page views, country, device type)

I do not collect or store payment card details. All financial transactions are handled outside the Site through your chosen method (Whish, bank transfer, etc.).

To process and fulfill your orders
To respond to your inquiries and bookings
To send order updates and shipping confirmations
To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
To comply with legal obligations

I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics service — to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, country, device type) and improve content. No personally identifiable data is collected and no cookies are set for analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy notice for details.

4. Data Sharing

I share information only when necessary:

Print fulfillment partners (when applicable, e.g., Gelato) — to produce and ship your print order. They receive only the data needed to deliver: name, shipping address, product details.
Email service (ImprovMX, Zoho Mail) — emails sent to addresses on this domain are routed to my private inbox.
Hosting (Netlify) — provides standard server logs and processes form submissions (contact and newsletter) on my behalf.
Analytics (Cloudflare) — aggregate, cookieless traffic data as described above.
Legal authorities — only if required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information I hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (where legally possible)
Object to or restrict processing of your data
Receive your data in a portable format

6. Data Retention

I keep order and communication records for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, comply with legal/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Inactive contact data may be deleted after 24 months.

7. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site and secure email handling. However, no online system is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. International Visitors

The Site is hosted by Netlify (servers may be located in the United States or Europe). By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.

9. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided me information, please contact me and I will remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
